What you will do

• Coordinate servicing activities for private securitizations, whole-loan private investors, and excess servicing spread transactions from initial notice through post-closing.
• Manage deal reporting, custom reporting requirements, centralized repositories, SLAs, deliverables, timelines, and reporting obligations.
• Act as the primary liaison among servicing teams, legal counsel, clients, investors, and external counterparties.
• Interpret securitization and servicing agreements and convert contractual requirements into operational processes.
• Develop workflows for unique deal structures, coordinate bank account and investor reporting setups, and support audits, due diligence, and investor requests.
• Identify process gaps, conduct quality control reviews, and implement improvements that increase accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in mortgage servicing, investor reporting, project management, finance, or related work, including direct exposure to securitizations or complex loan transactions.
• Understanding of servicing capital markets, mortgage pooling structures, GSE pools, remittance types, servicing agreements, investor reporting, and servicing operations.
• Ability to translate legal and contractual language into actionable operational steps.
• Exceptional organization skills with the ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration, client-facing meetings, and external stakeholder management.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with the ability to build processes from the ground up.
