Lending Program Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own lending process improvements, enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
• Manage intake, prioritization, execution, and portfolios of improvement and automation opportunities.
• Translate business problems into actionable requirements and solution roadmaps.
• Lead implementation planning, stakeholder engagement, change management, and operational readiness.
• Partner with Lending Operations, Lending Information Systems, Product Management, Risk, Technology, and business leaders.
• Monitor performance metrics and measure operational and business value realization.

Requirements

• Eight years of relevant experience in process improvement, project management, lending systems management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of financial products, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements for model risk management.
• Ability to manage processes and personnel across organizational boundaries.
• Strong strategic thinking, judgment, analytical, program management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, advanced PowerPoint, and SmartSheet.
• BS/BA in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
