What you will do

• Review and process vehicle title documentation for insurance and remarketing customers.
• Process incoming salvage titles from multiple states and prepare vehicles for sale.
• Complete applications to transfer title ownership and enter title information into the operating system.
• Communicate with customers, vehicle owners, and internal and external partners by phone, email, mail, and direct contact.
• Resolve documentation discrepancies, customer questions, complaints, and title-transfer problems.
• Maintain confidentiality, records-retention compliance, and current knowledge of state title and salvage laws.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of state or national title-processing experience.
• 2–3 years of knowledge of title and salvage-title requirements.
• Experience maintaining customer databases.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must be legally entitled to work in the United States.
• Ability to follow established procedures and work under close supervisory direction.
