Title Express Specialist (Vehicle Titles)

Location: Dallas, TX County; hybrid schedule with onsite reporting up to 4 times per week

Salary: $23.67–$26.68 per hour

What you will do

• Assist insurers, financial institutions, vehicle owners, lien holders, and sellers with vehicle title procurement and documentation.
• Create, review, correct, and send total loss packets and revised document packets according to state guidelines.
• Prepare, sign, notarize, package, and mail transfer letters and other title documents.
• Handle call queue inquiries, follow-up calls, shared inbox tasks, customer complaints, and high-priority cases.
• Review and resolve aged or obsolete inventory to expedite file closure.
• Track workload trends, support cross-training, and assist the training department as a subject matter expert when needed.

Requirements

• Must reside in Dallas County and have reliable transportation for in-office reporting.
• High school diploma and prior administrative, clerical, or document management experience.
• Fluent and effective English reading and writing skills.
• Ability to analyze vehicle title documents, follow state guidelines, and work with DMV and lien holder entities.
• Proficiency with basic office equipment, Microsoft products, 10-key data entry, prioritization, and multitasking.
• Valid driver's license, strong communication and customer service skills, and willingness to work occasional overtime.

Nice to have

• Notary Public commission or willingness to obtain one.
