Customer Sales Manager, UNFI

Location: Virtual, USA; remote work from a home office

Base salary: $104,200–$130,200 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end business plans with UNFI category management partners.
• Build customer relationships and use marketplace and customer strategy insights to drive growth.
• Deliver distribution, revenue, market share, new item authorization, shelving, promotional, and pricing objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams, UNFI partners, and retail partners to execute category plans.
• Manage volume forecasting and serve as the UNFI national planning lead for assigned categories.
• Develop and implement improved ways of working and processes across the UNFI team.

Requirements

• Strong financial acumen, intellectual curiosity, and advanced analytical skills.
• Experience using syndicated and other data to develop category and brand insights, recommendations, and business plans.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously under tight deadlines.
• Polished written, verbal, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills, with the ability to learn systems such as IRI and Spark.
