Senior Customer Executive (Consumer Packaged Goods)

Location: Hybrid position based in the Bentonville, Arkansas office; travel of up to 20% required.

Salary: $120,300–$168,400 annually, plus annual bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead, develop, and support bakery and refrigerated warehouse businesses on a major national customer team.
• Build strategic customer partnerships and identify opportunities for profitable growth.
• Develop and execute customer strategies using category insights, shopper data, customer trends, and business priorities.
• Create promotional plans, secure authorization and secondary displays, and support new product and seasonal initiatives.
• Monitor sales, product availability, forecast accuracy, strategic plan performance, and supply chain service levels.
• Coordinate with R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Planning, Consumer Insights, and other internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Business or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience managing and growing strategic accounts and customer relationships in the consumer packaged goods industry.
• Experience developing annual business plans and managing P&L, budgets, trade investment, and customer financials.
• Strong analytical skills, including syndicated data, category insights, customer performance trends, and business reporting.
• Excellent presentation, written, verbal communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; ability to travel up to 20%.

Nice to have

• Experience with Scintilla, IRI Circana, and customer reporting tools.
