Salary: $90,000–$165,000 per year ($43–$79 per hour)

What you will do

• Build and maintain integrated CPM schedules from design through project turnover, including logic links, resource or cost loading, and schedule coding.
• Collect field progress data, update schedules, and prepare look-aheads, variance reports, earned-value forecasts, Gantt charts, S-curves, and KPI dashboards.
• Analyze critical paths, sequencing options, recovery plans, alternative delivery scenarios, and schedule risks.
• Integrate permitting, utility relocations, third-party interfaces, and long-lead procurement dependencies.
• Prepare schedule-risk assessments, quantify exposure using tools such as Monte Carlo simulations, and track mitigation actions.
• Support change orders and claims with Time Impact Analyses, enforce schedule governance, maintain data integrity, and mentor junior schedulers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, construction, structural, transportation, systems, or a related engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of scheduling experience on large, complex heavy-civil infrastructure projects valued above $500 million.
• Experience developing full CPM baseline schedules, resource or cost loading, progress updates, critical path analysis, and variance analysis.
• Ability to interpret project scope, drawings, and constraints and translate them into logic-driven, sequenced, resource-aware schedules.
• Proficiency with project, construction, and risk management software such as Primavera P6, TILOS, MS Project, Primavera Risk, or Acumen Fuse, plus Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, multitasking, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related engineering discipline.
• PSP, PMI-SP, PMI-RMP, PMP, or CCM certification.
• Owner’s representative experience on highway, bridge, transit, aviation, or water and wastewater projects above $100 million.
• Experience maintaining integrated master schedules across multiple contracts on programs exceeding $1 billion.
• Experience with delay claims, entitlement, dispute resolution, or evaluating Time Impact Analyses.
