What you will do

• Lead the development, maintenance, and governance of the Integrated Master Schedule across all project phases.
• Integrate schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, permitting, and startup organizations.
• Align contractor schedules with project milestones, execution strategies, and project objectives.
• Perform schedule forecasting, critical path analysis, progress measurement, and schedule risk assessments.
• Develop recovery plans, mitigation strategies, and corrective actions for schedule risks and delays.
• Report schedule performance and lead the planning and scheduling team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or a related discipline.
• At least 15 years of planning and scheduling experience on major capital projects.
• Experience managing integrated schedules for large industrial, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, life sciences, energy, or infrastructure projects.
• Extensive experience with CPM scheduling, schedule forecasting, critical path analysis, progress measurement, and recovery planning.
• Experience coordinating schedules across multiple contractors, disciplines, and stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and related scheduling analysis tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing projects.
• Experience in an Owner’s Representative, PMC, EPCM, or IPMT environment.
• Experience with projects exceeding $500 million TIC and quantitative schedule risk assessment methodologies.
• PSP, PMP, or equivalent project controls certification.
