Senior Scheduler (Site Based)

Location: Ashburn, VA, US; site based with travel to site 2 days per month

What you will do

• Build project schedules covering the full project scope, milestones, and timelines using the critical path method.
• Define responsibility and ownership for project deliverables through a Work Breakdown Structure.
• Negotiate and mediate timelines and project interdependencies between key partners.
• Align schedules with project execution, contracting, procurement, and project control plans.
• Provide regular schedule progress updates.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with quantitative risk assessment and communicating findings to key partners.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or construction.
• Working experience with Primavera P6.
• Detailed, organized, and quality-focused approach.
• Ability to work on site in Ashburn, Virginia, with travel to site 2 days per month.
