Software Engineering Intern (Cybersecurity)

Location: Cork, Ireland; hybrid working with home-based work and collaboration at the local office

What you will do

• Work with a software development team on real-world enterprise and open-source projects.
• Design, code, and test robust, scalable, loosely coupled components.
• Integrate software with public and private cloud infrastructures and services.
• Use Kubernetes, virtualization, and containerization technologies for next-generation cloud environments.
• Automate operational aspects of cloud services and optimize the delivery of features and fixes.
• Work in an agile environment with experienced software engineers and a personal mentor.

Requirements

• Currently studying for a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or recently graduated.
• Programming knowledge in Go and Python.
• Ability to learn new skills and adapt quickly in a constantly evolving environment.
• Motivation to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
