Senior Software Development Engineer (AI/Speech Recognition)

Location: Remote, based in Ireland; up to 1% domestic and 1% international travel.

What you will do

• Contribute to backend applications using AI and speech recognition technology.
• Develop solutions that improve clinical documentation, patient care, and physician-patient engagement.
• Solve complex software engineering problems using modern technologies.
• Collaborate with customers, user experience specialists, and product groups.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, task breakdown, and software development processes.
• Create and peer review technical design documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and 4+ years of software engineering experience, or a high school diploma/GED and 10 years of software engineering experience.
• 4+ years of experience with one or more of C#, JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular, Node, Go, or Python.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Working knowledge of Docker and container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Ireland without employment visa sponsorship.
