Supply Manager (Real Estate)

What you will do

• Proactively source residential property opportunities through owner outreach, networking, and market prospecting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, brokers, and developers in the Madrid market.
• Secure mandates and lead commercial negotiations to maximize transaction value.
• Manage the entire transaction lifecycle from initial contact and sourcing through to closing.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure efficient execution of acquisitions.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in residential real estate brokerage, sales, or business development in Madrid.
• Proven track record of sourcing properties and successfully closing real estate transactions.
• Strong existing network of property owners, brokers, and developers within the Madrid market.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
