What you will do

• Analyze warehousing, transportation, and last-mile operations to identify inefficiencies, quality issues, and cost drivers.
• Develop and implement initiatives that reduce damage rates, improve delivery accuracy, accelerate delivery times, and increase customer satisfaction.
• Quantify cost savings, revenue improvements, customer retention impact, and other contributions to the P&L statement.
• Collaborate with supply chain, operations, product, and technology teams to integrate improvements into existing workflows and systems.
• Use data analytics and statistical methods to monitor performance, identify trends, predict quality issues, and define mitigation strategies.
• Lead logistics technology, automation, benchmarking, training, root-cause analysis, and corrective-action projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations research, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related quantitative field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or operations, with a focus on quality improvement and P&L impact.
• Proven experience delivering cost reductions and operational efficiencies in complex logistics environments.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL, Python, R, Excel, and business intelligence platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with project management, e-commerce logistics, warehousing, transportation management systems, and warehouse management systems.
• Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder-management, and change-influence skills; knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean is highly desirable.
