Material Planner (Smart Buildings)

Location: Rome, Italy; onsite

Minimum annual salary: €36,000. Eligible for a company productivity bonus.

What you will do

• Plan inventory end to end, from purchase requisition through customer invoicing.
• Define inventory policies based on segmentation and maintain inventory targets.
• Calculate and maintain safety stock, reorder points, lot sizes, lead times, and replenishment strategies in planning systems and ERP.
• Coordinate material planning and call-offs so purchase requisitions become purchase orders.
• Collaborate with operations buyers and services to improve supplier delivery, minimum order quantities, quality, lead times, and flexibility.
• Support internal customer service inquiries.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management.
• Enhanced knowledge of classic ERP software, Power BI, and Office 360.
• Fluent Italian and English.
• Commitment to delivering results and taking responsibility for assigned tasks and projects.
• Willingness to contribute ideas and continuously improve daily work and solutions.
