Production Planning Specialist (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Oversee logistics processes and perform in-depth materials analyses.
• Develop and maintain forecasts, inventory levels, and production schedules.
• Collect logistics data and monitor inventory trends to identify potential challenges and opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to implement supply chain strategies and accelerate product flow.
• Conduct cost analyses, forecast demand, negotiate prices, and ensure compliance with supply chain and inventory standards.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain management, inventory management, and data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning.
• Ability to negotiate with stakeholders and build professional connections.
• Strong focus, adaptability, commitment to high-quality work, and effective conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work on-site or in a hybrid arrangement in Ancarano, Italy.
