Pipeline Branch Manager / Bilingual Spanish - Montgomery County MD

What you will do

• Manage all branch activities, including operations, transactions, servicing, digital engagement, sales, and profitability.
• Lead, coach, develop, and manage branch staff, including hiring, performance evaluations, promotions, and related personnel decisions.
• Drive retail and business development through customer outreach, community networking, outside calling, and relationship growth.
• Identify customer needs and provide short- and long-term retail and business banking solutions.
• Process Business Banking loan requests up to $100,000 and recommend appropriate product and service bundles.
• Maintain compliance, fraud prevention, security, audit, regulatory, and operational risk controls while owning complex issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least three years of sales experience and two years of managerial experience or demonstrated leadership ability.
• Strong knowledge of Business Banking products, services, profitability, and client relationship management.
• Fluent English and Spanish communication skills are required; proficiency is assessed.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office, internet, and email tools.
• Ability to maintain SAFE Act registration requirements and complete required banking and insurance certifications.
