Salary: $93,000–$135,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the branch management team to achieve growth, productivity, profitability, and customer experience goals.
• Interview candidates, select employees, and monitor staffing needs.
• Plan, communicate, and delegate responsibilities across operations and service management.
• Implement company programs and initiatives by supporting managers and developing action plans.
• Review business indicators and operating environments to identify problems and improvement opportunities.
• Coach and audit operations, sales, and office leadership functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
• Five to seven years of experience as a Branch Manager or in an equivalent-level position.
• Experience in management, sales, training, relationship development, and customer experience.
• Experience analyzing financial reports in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Availability to travel and participate in a rotating on-call schedule covering off-hours and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to obtain and maintain required federal, state, and local licenses or certificates.
