General Manager (Dental/Animal Health)

Salary: $139,200.00–$185,666.67 per year

What you will do

• Direct and supervise branch sales and internal operations.
• Manage, train, and develop the sales team through ongoing feedback and performance reviews.
• Analyze sales activities, market trends, and customer needs to optimize sales performance.
• Partner with the Operations Manager to improve customer service, efficiency, and cost control.
• Participate in personnel selection and ensure adequate coverage for branch responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in sales, management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• Experience in customer service, sales, and asset management; sales team supervision is highly preferred.
• Strong business acumen, decision-making ability, customer focus, and people leadership skills.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
