Branch Manager (Banking)

What you will do

• Manage all sales, service, operational, security, risk, and regulatory activities of the branch.
• Lead and coach branch colleagues to achieve production, service, and financial performance goals.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer portfolios and deepen relationships through referrals and proactive business development.
• Develop internal, customer, business, and community partnerships in the local market.
• Oversee recruitment and hiring to maintain appropriate branch staffing.
• Use banking tools and technology to identify sales and service opportunities across branch and digital channels.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of goal-driven retail sales leadership experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, sales leadership, customer service, process management, and colleague development.
• Strong verbal, written communication, presentation, coaching, and leadership skills.
• Comfort with mobile services, online banking, and other workplace technology.
• Ability to comply with additional background checks and fingerprinting requirements under NMLS regulations.
• Current full-time work authorization in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree and previous management experience.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.
• Ability to influence, inspire, and motivate colleagues to improve retention.
