What you will do

• Manage and coach bankers with assigned customer portfolios.
• Lead branch sales, service, operations, security, risk, and regulatory activities.
• Manage high-value consumer and business relationships while driving referrals and small-business goals.
• Use banking technology and digital channels to identify customer needs and sales opportunities.
• Build community and business relationships and lead the branch recruitment and hiring process.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of sales management experience in retail banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Ability to lead branch sales, service, operations, and financial performance.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, coaching, and colleague-development skills.
• Additional background checks and fingerprinting are required under NMLS regulations.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of branch management experience.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products, lending, investments, and digital banking services.
