Business Center Branch Manager (Retail Banking)

What you will do

• Plan and execute branch priorities to drive performance, revenue, customer loyalty, and financial well-being.
• Lead consultative sales, business development, community involvement, and growth of consumer and business relationships.
• Coach the team to deliver technology-enabled, omnichannel customer experiences and resolve client issues effectively.
• Attract, onboard, retain, and develop branch employees through ongoing coaching and performance management.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, sales practice, and regulatory risks.

Requirements

• Typically 5 or more years of related experience.
• At least 2 years of previous supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, sales management, customer experience, people management, and decision-making.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Successful candidates are subject to additional background checks under Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not provided.
