Flex Registered Dietitian (Digestive Health)

Location: Remote within the United States; telehealth services must be delivered from a private, professional space with reliable internet. Variable schedules cover 7am–10pm CST, including some evening hours.

Salary: $24.43–$40.50 per hour, depending on state and location, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy for digestive health conditions based on member needs and state licensure.
• Deliver goal-driven behavior-change coaching through video visits and personalized in-app messaging.
• Use telehealth platforms, digital tools, and AI-enabled care resources to support member outcomes at scale.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team, respond to clinical referrals, document video visits, and complete clinical escalations.
• Build rapport with members, support accountability, and adapt coaching to individual circumstances.
• Share member trends and feedback with Product and Clinical Operations teams to improve coaching and member experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and Registered Dietitian certification through CDR.
• Active, unrestricted state licensure required for the services provided.
• At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience, including experience managing large caseloads.
• Experience with behavior change or chronic disease management, including digestive health, diabetes, weight loss and nutrition, mental health, or MSK care.
• Must be able to provide telehealth services from within the United States.
• Strong communication, organization, multitasking, technology, coaching, and professional judgment skills; comfort evaluating AI-generated outputs is required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Dietetics or Human Nutrition.
• Multi-state licensure.
• Bilingual Spanish communication skills and ability to pass a competency exam.
• Additional certifications in orthopedics, pain science, women’s health, or related specialties.
• Availability to work weekends.
