Dealer Services Representative

Location: Agoura Hills, California, USA; on-site, with office-based or remote work depending on company policy

Salary: $18.47 per hour

What you will do

• Review loan applications and supporting documents for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Enter and update application data in the loan processing system.
• Collect, organize, and manage credit reports, tax returns, bank statements, and other borrower documentation.
• Communicate with borrowers and other parties to resolve discrepancies and request missing information.
• Collaborate with underwriters, track loan progress, and follow up on outstanding requirements.
• Perform quality control reviews and answer borrower questions throughout the loan process.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a related bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Two to three years of experience in loan processing, mortgage lending, or a similar field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, work collaboratively, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with loan processing software and Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
