Relationship Manager I - Business Banking

Location: Forked River, New Jersey; in-office role supporting the Lacey Township branch and additional branches in Toms River, Barnegat, Jackson, and Lavallette

Base salary: $82,500–$137,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Manage new and existing business client relationships to grow sales, revenue, and market share.
• Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships while originating and documenting credit and non-credit products.
• Perform financial analysis and assess, manage, and mitigate credit, regulatory, reputational, and operational risks.
• Identify client needs and provide tailored ideas, insights, and banking solutions.
• Build internal, community, and industry networks to acquire clients and improve the client experience.
• Use reporting and sales tools to identify and convert opportunities across hirify.global's product range.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Knowledge of credit fundamentals, credit processes, financial analysis, and credit products.
• Skills in client relationship management, prospecting, selling, decision-making, communication, and customer experience management.
• Must work in-office in Forked River, New Jersey, with support for designated local branches.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available for this position.
