Manager, IT Portfolio Management

Location: Remote-MO; must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: $102,900–$190,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead the development, management, and optimization of portfolio, program, and project management methodologies.
• Develop portfolio strategy, analysis deliverables, and operating processes.
• Facilitate portfolio management to align technology investments with business goals.
• Manage portfolio change control, risk management, and communications strategies.
• Lead hiring, training, performance reviews, coaching, and staff capability development.
• Build trusted partnerships across IT and business units and communicate organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience, or equivalent applicable experience.
• U.S. work authorization is required; employment-based visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.
• Experience with portfolio, program, or project management and data analysis.
• Knowledge of IT hardware and software assets and application platforms.
• Leadership, collaboration, coaching, communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Flexera, BDNA, or Jira.
• Certified Workforce Planning Professional certification.
• Certification in Governance of Enterprise IT.
