Sr Data Scientist (AI/ML)

Location: Fort Worth, Texas; hybrid schedule with onsite work Tuesday through Thursday and virtual work Monday and Friday

What you will do

• Design, test, deploy, and optimize machine learning and Gen AI applications.
• Build data preparation processes and production-grade data pipelines.
• Develop scalable AI solutions using prompt engineering, classifiers, knowledge bases, RAG solutions, and LLMs.
• Deploy, orchestrate, monitor, debug, and integrate machine learning models.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and product partners.
• Support the Service Recovery Modernization initiative.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD degree in a quantitative discipline and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Python, including production-grade coding, modularization, testing, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience building Gen AI applications and deploying machine learning models.
• Experience with ML/AI pipeline development, productionization, model deployment, orchestration, monitoring, and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of statistical and machine learning techniques, SQL, Azure ML, and Databricks.
• Familiarity with ML lifecycle tools such as MLflow, CI/CD, and model monitoring, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills.
