Billing Analyst

What you will do

• Manage billing for multiple projects throughout the full billing cycle, from reviewing contract terms to submitting final invoices.
• Coordinate with project managers on contracts, change orders, and other billing-related modifications.
• Request, input, code, and process subconsultant invoices and prepare complete invoice packages.
• Deliver invoices to clients and research and resolve billing discrepancies, unbilled balances, and cash receipt application issues.
• Monitor aged accounts receivable, work in progress, collections, and unbilled items; generate and distribute AR reports.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable and track government compliance commitments and subconsultant payments.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of project billing experience; AEC industry experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, including creating formula-driven spreadsheets.
• Experience with Deltek ERP systems such as Vision or Vantagepoint.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is beneficial but not required.
• TXDOT or other Department of Transportation invoicing experience is preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in San Antonio, Texas.

• Experience with TXDOT or other Department of Transportation invoicing.
• Experience in the AEC industry.
• Degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
