Orders to Cash Analyst

Location: Hybrid role based at the World Headquarters in Marysville, Ohio, with 2–3 days in the office.

Salary: $54,700–$64,300 per year

What you will do

• Manage accounts receivable activities, including cash application, payment deduction troubleshooting, dispute management, accounting document monitoring, and past-due account support.
• Execute order management processes from order creation through completion, auditing invoices, orders, pricing, terms, allowances, and materials.
• Resolve order blocks related to pricing, fractional and weight discrepancies, SKU restrictions and setup, customer setup, returns, and credit processing.
• Partner with retail business development, sales, supply chain, order fulfillment, master data, regulatory, pricing, trade, transportation, and distribution teams.
• Support retail partner calls, special projects, metric reporting, audit requests, and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Supply Chain is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• At least 2 years of relevant accounts receivable and/or order management experience.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency and strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate professionally with internal teams and customers.
• Ability to work 2–3 days per week in the Marysville, Ohio office.

Nice to have

• Logistics, accounting, or finance experience.
• Experience with SAP R/3 and BW.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends during peak periods.
