Industrial Electrician (Manufacturing)

Location: Plover, Wisconsin, United States; onsite plant role

Salary: $35.82 per hour, plus quarterly plant-performance and attendance bonuses

What you will do

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial electrical equipment.
• Install and wire motors, switch panels, and power circuits.
• Perform electrical preventive maintenance and support reliable production operations.
• Learn and apply PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Develop experience with Allen-Bradley controls and systems.
• Follow safety procedures, including lockout/tagout, while collaborating with maintenance professionals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of electrical experience or a related technical degree.
• Interest in industrial electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Willingness to learn PLC programming and Allen-Bradley systems.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and professional skill development.
