Construction Manager (Industrial Construction)

Location: Onsite at a client site in Circleville, Ohio, United States. US citizenship and eligibility to work in the United States are required. No relocation or per diem will be offered.

What you will do

• Manage construction and maintenance projects and oversee construction subcontractor activities.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, site requirements, safety policies, and procedures.
• Control project changes, construction costs, schedules, materials, and field project controls.
• Support front-end project development by preparing construction scopes, schedule inputs, and subcontracting strategy inputs.
• Coordinate with site and home-office engineering, client representatives, and subcontractors.
• Distribute current IFC drawings and prepare construction status and progress reports.

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen and eligible to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in industrial construction.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and multimillion-dollar projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Clear criminal background check required.
