Senior Safety Project Manager (Safety Culture & Transformation)

What you will do

• Lead enterprise-wide safety culture transformation initiatives from planning through completion.
• Develop and maintain master project plans, integrating workstreams, dependencies, timelines, and communications.
• Direct cross-functional teams, facilitate alignment meetings, and prepare executive presentations.
• Conduct risk and financial analyses, establish mitigation plans, and track performance metrics.
• Coordinate business readiness activities, including stakeholder analysis, change interventions, training, and communications.
• Manage project scope, budgets, resources, schedules, vendors, and executive stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field, or equivalent education, training, and experience.
• At least 7 years of professional experience managing complex projects, enterprise programs, or large-scale contracts.
• Experience delivering large-scale programs with enterprise-wide impact.
• Expertise in managing project budgets, scope, schedules, resources, formal tracking, and performance reporting.
• Experience with business readiness, change management, and operational transition frameworks.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, influence, communication, and accountability skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related discipline.
• Active PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification.
