Technical Deployment Enablement Manager

Location: Remote, United States; must be US-based. Travel up to 15% for site visits, workshops, and deployment support, with flexibility to support deployments across time zones.

Salary: $92,880–$154,800 USD gross annual base pay, excluding discretionary bonuses and other incentives.

Data center network infrastructure deployment programs are delivered across network engineering, construction, procurement, supply chain, and other cross-functional teams.

What you will do

• Own deployment programs end to end, from intake and planning through execution, handoff, and close-out.
• Create deployment plans covering scope, resources, timelines, milestones, and dependencies across network layers and teams.
• Manage purchase-order and pool allocations, hardware tracking, material readiness, and supply-versus-demand planning.
• Identify risks, resolve cross-domain schedule conflicts, escalate blockers, and drive mitigation across stakeholders.
• Prepare program communications, executive briefings, delivery metrics, and execution-status updates.
• Lead retrospectives, process improvements, tooling adoption, and mentoring for junior project managers.

Requirements

• US-based location is required.
• 5–8+ years of project or program management experience in network infrastructure, telecommunications, data centers, or hyperscale environments.
• Experience coordinating large-scale deployments, vendors, procurement, BOMs, hardware tracking, and supply/demand planning.
• Foundational understanding of data center networking layers and the lifecycle from sourcing and staging through installation, turn-up, validation, and operational handoff.
• Strong executive communication, independent decision-making, dependency management, and cross-functional coordination without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/automation tools, New Product Introduction processes, GPU clusters, high-performance computing, or spine/leaf fabrics.
• Background in backbone IP, enterprise networking, PON, structured cabling, optical transport, DWDM, photonic systems, or telecom networks.
• PMP, PgMP, CCNA, CCNP, or JNCIA certification.
