GTM & G&A Recruiter

Location: New York, NY; on-site, five days per week in person

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for GTM and G&A roles from sourcing through closing.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define requirements and hiring strategies.
• Source passive candidates through recruiting tools, creative outreach, and talent mapping.
• Use AI tools to automate and scale candidate research, communication, and recruiting workflows.
• Deliver a thoughtful candidate experience and strengthen employer branding with the Head of Talent.
• Track recruiting metrics, anticipate hiring needs, and use data to improve sourcing performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup.
• Experience recruiting for technical and business functions, including engineering, product, GTM, and G&A.
• Strong sourcing skills and the ability to engage passive candidates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches, balance strategy with execution, and work with urgency and ownership.
• Comfort adopting AI tools and working in a zero-to-one environment.
