Academy Content Consultant (AI/SaaS)

What you will do

• Own course development projects from post-design planning through execution, iteration, and delivery.
• Design structured learning journeys, storyboards, and instructional design rationales.
• Build interactive e-learning modules, scenario-based assessments, video software walkthroughs, and job aids.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts and operational stakeholders to gather product knowledge and secure reviews.
• Apply global-first, accessible design principles, including simple language for non-native English speakers and WCAG-aligned practices.
• Use approved GenAI prototyping tools, troubleshoot authoring tools and the LMS, and maintain quality assurance and brand consistency.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience designing and developing digital learning experiences, preferably in SaaS, B2B, or high-growth technology.
• Strong understanding of modern instructional design theories and frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with authoring systems, video-editing or AI-generation tools, and LMS administration; Articulate Rise/Rise 360 experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, project organization, and time-management skills.
• Exceptional written and spoken English; C1/C2 level preferred.
• Interest in learning complex software products such as customer data platforms, search algorithms, and e-commerce personalization engines.
