Provider Success & Training Specialist (Healthcare)

Location: United States; fully remote with about 25% travel

Salary: $65,000–$82,000 annually, plus benefits and bonus

What you will do

• Develop and deliver live, digital, webinar, and demo-based training for client RN and MD reviewer teams.
• Coordinate onboarding training covering queue management, reviewer workflows, and platform navigation.
• Build and maintain scalable training toolkits, LMS content, videos, webinars, and other materials.
• Tailor training to client-specific customizations, organizational structures, and internal workflows.
• Review feedback and workflow changes, then improve training content and services.
• Collaborate with Delivery Solutions, Program Management, and Provider Success teams while documenting client workflow customizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of customer service or client-facing experience, including 2+ years designing and delivering training.
• Experience with instructional design, content writing, training development, LMS platforms, and technology or SaaS products.
• Ability to understand and document complex workflows, system customizations, organizational structures, and queue management processes.
• Ability to deliver training to large audiences in person and virtually, with strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Monday.com, plus the ability to prioritize work across multiple client accounts.

Nice to have

• Healthcare technology experience, particularly utilization management or prior authorization workflows.
• Familiarity with health plan or payer organizational structures.
• Experience supporting mid- to large-scale projects.
