Licensed Counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) - Hybrid

Location: Nashville, TN 37203, USA; hybrid role with on-site duties at 342 22nd Avenue North

Salary: Starting at $35/hour plus bonus; pay depends on licensure and experience.

What you will do

• Conduct individual and group alcohol, drug abuse, and qualifying mental health counseling sessions.
• Assess patient social, educational, economic, and vocational information and develop treatment plans.
• Document patient contacts, treatment progress, referrals, follow-up care, and required regulatory or reimbursement reports.
• Provide intake, readmission, crisis intervention, discharge follow-up, and OBOT services as required.
• Coordinate care with community providers and participate in treatment team meetings.
• Support program implementation, community outreach, staff mentoring, and in-service training.

Requirements

• Must comply with applicable federal and state certification, licensure, and degree requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; a master’s degree may be required for expanded duties.
• One of the following credentials: LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• Candidates who are not fully licensed must be enrolled in or willing to begin a formal licensure track at hire.
• Knowledge of substance abuse, addiction treatment, treatment planning, and human social services.
• Strong communication, judgment, organization, computer, and confidential-information handling skills.
