Location: Little Rock, Arkansas, United States; must live within the assigned territory. This is a field-based position requiring daily work in hospitals, doctors' offices, and other medical establishments, with occasional travel and atypical hours.
At-plan compensation: $194,500, including a $100,000 base salary and commission under the sales compensation plan.

What you will do
- Sell wearable cardiac defibrillator systems, cardiac diagnostic products, and the ZOLL Patient Management System to healthcare professionals.
- Educate physicians, nurses, case managers, administrators, and other healthcare staff on patient indications, clinical evidence, ordering, and billing requirements.
- Drive consistent product utilization through sales calls, medical education programs, conferences, exhibits, and clinical symposia.
- Manage assigned accounts, credentialing, account databases, business plans, field expenses, and required reports.
- Provide clinical, technical, and reporting information and ensure documentation reaches intake and reimbursement teams for timely claims filing.
- Analyze territory trends, achieve sales objectives, and maintain collaborative relationships with business partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
- 3–5 years of medical equipment or specialized/hospital-based pharmaceutical sales experience, or 5 years of successful sales experience including at least 1 year in healthcare sales.
- Documented sales success and the ability to obtain and maintain credentialing and access privileges in assigned customer accounts.
- Must live within the assigned territory and hold a valid state driver's license.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to drive regularly and travel by train or airplane when needed.
