Contract Recruiter / Talent Acquisition (Biotechnology)

Location: Onsite in Piscataway, New Jersey, four days per week, with one day of remote flexibility

Salary: $40–$43 per hour, based on experience

What you will do

• Conduct high-volume recruitment for open positions at US sites.
• Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and related channels.
• Build and diversify talent pipelines for mid-senior to upper-management roles.
• Conduct initial phone screens, coordinate follow-up interviews, and transfer qualified leads to the talent team.
• Host weekly new-hire orientation sessions and support smooth onboarding.
• Maintain knowledge of EEO, affirmative action, and ADA requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Experience in talent acquisition within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with business stakeholders.
• Experience with passive sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent pipeline diversification, and recruiting process improvement.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Headhunting or agency recruiting experience.
• Recruiting experience in biotechnology, life sciences, or biopharmaceuticals.
