Operations Adoption & Enablement Manager, NA (AI)

Location: Hybrid from the Denver, Colorado office, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Travel of up to 15–20% is expected, including domestic and occasional international trips.

Salary: $135,000–$145,000 base salary plus bonus. The range is based on Colorado market data and may vary by location.

What you will do

• Lead adoption and enablement workstreams for enterprise technology implementations, AI-enabled capabilities, process standardization, operating model changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assess stakeholder, role, process, and operational impacts to identify readiness gaps, adoption risks, dependencies, and barriers.
• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, readiness, reinforcement, and sustainment plans.
• Create or coordinate leader toolkits, learning materials, job aids, engagement sessions, and practical guidance for affected employees.
• Coordinate pilots, rollouts, stabilization, and sustainment activities across multi-site operations while facilitating readiness reviews and working sessions.
• Track readiness, engagement, adoption, proficiency, and sustainment measures, using feedback and data to improve enablement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, change management, communications, human resources, or a related field.
• PROSCI or another formal certification in change management or organizational effectiveness.
• Five or more years of progressive experience in change management, adoption and enablement, organizational effectiveness, operational excellence, learning, or business transformation.
• Experience leading adoption and enablement workstreams for large-scale, multi-site enterprise technology implementations or operational transformations.
• Experience translating complex changes into practical, role-based enablement for operational or frontline audiences.
• Strong communication, presentation, execution, coaching, stakeholder influence, and organizational change management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in data centers, digital infrastructure, technology, real estate, or another operations-led industry.
