Manager, Adoption & Enablement, Operations, NA (AI)

Location: Hybrid; based at one of the US locations in Denver, Colorado; Phoenix, Arizona; Santa Clara, California; or Ashburn, Virginia. Travel of up to 15–20% is expected, including domestic and occasional international trips.

Salary: $135,000–$145,000 annual base salary plus bonus.

What you will do

• Lead adoption and enablement workstreams for enterprise technology, AI-enabled capability, process standardization, operating model, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assess stakeholder, role, process, and operational impacts to identify readiness gaps, adoption risks, dependencies, and barriers.
• Develop stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, readiness, reinforcement, and sustainment plans.
• Create or coordinate leader toolkits, learning materials, job aids, engagement sessions, and practical guidance for operational and frontline audiences.
• Facilitate readiness reviews and working sessions while coordinating project teams, consultants, vendors, and change champions.
• Track readiness, engagement, adoption, proficiency, and sustainment measures and use feedback to improve rollouts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, change management, communications, human resources, or a related field.
• Five or more years of progressive experience in change management, adoption and enablement, organizational effectiveness, operational excellence, learning, or business transformation.
• Experience leading adoption and enablement workstreams for large-scale, multi-site enterprise technology implementations or operational transformations.
• Experience supporting technology-enabled change through pilot, readiness, rollout, stabilization, and sustainment.
• Strong knowledge of organizational change management frameworks, enterprise communications, and learning strategy.
• PROSCI or another formal certification in Change Management or Organizational Effectiveness.

• Experience in data centers, digital infrastructure, technology, real estate, or another operations-led industry.
