Instructional Designer (SaaS)

What you will do

• Design and build courses, learning paths, quizzes, assessments, and certification exam content for hirify.global University.
• Develop deep expertise in the hirify.global platform and explain product changes and their training impact.
• Partner with Product to prepare training content for upcoming releases.
• Collaborate with Compliance to translate regulatory updates into accurate, usable learning content.
• Use course data to identify effective content and areas requiring updates.
• Maintain organizational security and compliance controls within the role.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design or curriculum development.
• Experience with instructional design practices and the ability to write clear, accessible content from complex or technical material.
• Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, or state leave laws.
• Experience building and publishing courses in an LMS such as Skilljar, Docebo, or Absorb.
• Experience with authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, or Captivate.
• Ability to work independently, build product expertise, and collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Customer Success.

Nice to have

• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment, leave and accommodations management, HR technology, or product training.
• CLMS certification.
• Familiarity with SCORM/xAPI standards, basic video production, or Salesforce/CRM-based learner reporting.
