Operations Lead, Investor Relations

Location: San Francisco, California, United States; hybrid, with staff expected to work from an office at least 25% of the time

Annual salary: $200,000–$265,000 USD

What you will do

• Coordinate investor calls, meetings, briefings, calendars, and follow-ups across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
• Plan and execute investor events, visits, and other in-person engagements with internal teams and on-site staff.
• Prepare executives and the Investor Relations team for investor conversations and maintain follow-up actions.
• Manage vendors, including sourcing, scope, budgets, performance, and ongoing relationships.
• Maintain investor records, contact databases, interaction histories, shared materials, and engagement-tracking tools.
• Build and improve recurring processes for meeting intake, investor-facing materials, post-meeting follow-up, and day-to-day team operations.

Requirements

• Experience coordinating complex calendars, meetings, or events across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience managing vendor scope, budgets, and performance.
• Strong organization, communication, prioritization, and deadline-management skills.
• Sound judgment when handling sensitive, confidential, and market-sensitive information.
• Ability to operate autonomously and build processes and systems in a newly formed team.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a relevant field.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Investor Relations, capital markets, or finance leadership in a rapidly growing company.
• Experience with external-facing, high-stakes engagements.
• Familiarity with Investor Relations or CRM tools for tracking shareholder engagement.
• Comfort using AI tools and interest in financial markets, technology, and AI.
