Product Manager (AI)

Location: New York City; on-site

Salary: $200,000–$250,000 per year, plus equity and bonus

hirify.global develops AI detection technology and conducts research to turn AI models into practical products.

What you will do

• Set product direction across the web dashboard, Chrome extension, integrations, API, and future product surfaces.
• Decide which features to build, cut, and prioritize.
• Scope engineering work and translate product vision into clear design and engineering specifications.
• Run launches end-to-end, including planning, cross-functional coordination, go-to-market handoff, and post-launch follow-up.
• Own customer feedback and request triage while speaking with users regularly.
• Lead product syncs and coordinate engineering, growth, and leadership.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of product management experience, including owning at least one product outright.
• Consumer or prosumer product experience; B2B experience alone is not sufficient.
• Technical fluency and an understanding of how AI and technical teams work.
• Proficiency with AI automation and design tools.
• Comfort and experience speaking with customers.

Nice to have

• Experience at an early-stage startup as an early or founding product manager.
• Experience with developer platforms, browser extensions, or education/edtech.
