Business Delivery Consultant (PET Insurance)

Location: Remote within any of the lower 48 U.S. states

Salary: $97,000–$145,000 expected starting range; $97,000–$180,000 national range per year

What you will do

• Lead business requirements and delivery work across pet insurance products, policies, migrations, reporting, and regulatory initiatives.
• Drive work intake from definition and stakeholder alignment through IT handoff, estimation, delivery, and release readiness.
• Translate complex regulatory and product changes into clear, delivery-ready business requirements.
• Create business requirements documents, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and UAT scenarios.
• Provide business context during UAT, document and triage defects, support retesting, and validate business outcomes.
• Develop business transformation plans, process designs, business cases, risk assessments, and organizational change initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States; employer-sponsored work authorization is not available.
• Eight or more years of experience planning, designing, and implementing company-wide business transformation initiatives.
• Experience with functional, process, information, and data modeling, data management and warehousing, and application integration.
• Strong knowledge of business process management, technology frameworks, the systems development life cycle, and project management.
• Experience with process redesign, facilitation, performance management, organizational design, and organizational change.
• Ability to lead complex projects, communicate effectively, and work through ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, business, mathematics, or a related field.
• Graduate studies.
• Three or more years of project management experience.
