Client Delivery Analyst III (CDE PMO Pilot Commercialization)

What you will do

• Lead client consultations for complex debit and credit card implementation projects and translate business and technical requirements into project plans.
• Conduct gap analyses, define system setup requirements, map technical data files, and coordinate implementation tasks with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Validate system parameters, perform testing, modify program parameters when needed, and maintain implementation quality.
• Track outstanding issues, support resolution, and communicate technical requirements across clients, third-party vendors, and project support teams.
• Provide technical support during design, development, implementation, and post-implementation phases, including occasional on-site and after-hours support.
• Support change management, process improvements, analyst training, mentorship, and development of product and service implementation templates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Seven years of related experience in the payment processing industry.
• Five years of experience in business or systems analysis.
• Three years of client-facing project support experience.
• Thorough understanding of payment card products, support services, and processes.
• Experience completing card-processing conversions involving data migration between processing platforms.
