What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, multi-year global HR transformation initiatives.
• Advise HR and business leaders on HR innovation, digital trends, service delivery models, and future-of-work priorities.
• Shape roadmaps, project scopes, timelines, deliverables, governance frameworks, budgets, and success metrics.
• Manage cross-functional workstreams, workshops, retrospectives, risks, vendors, and resource planning.
• Identify process, behavioral, capability, and technology changes and coordinate communications, training, readiness, and adoption plans.
• Embed KPIs, dashboards, and measurement frameworks while presenting data-driven updates to executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Doctorate plus 2 years, master’s degree plus 4 years, bachelor’s degree plus 6 years, associate’s degree plus 10 years, or high school diploma/GED plus 12 years of HR project management or HR transformation experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience supporting a multinational organization.
• Experience in HR transformation, AI-first digital transformation, operating model design, or process optimization for large or global enterprises.
• Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet or MS Project.
• Knowledge of HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, Orgvue, and Visier.
• Experience facilitating workshops and developing training, with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage complex interdependencies.
