Salary: $86,300–$151,900 base compensation per year

What you will do

• Support the design and delivery of change experiences for business, technology, organizational, and enterprise initiatives.
• Coordinate milestones, dependencies, risks, deliverables, communications, learning materials, presentations, engagement activities, and change champion networks.
• Use AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, content development, and change delivery.
• Partner with stakeholders and project teams to align change deliverables with initiative priorities.
• Track readiness, employee experience, engagement, adoption, and other change metrics to generate insights and lessons learned.
• Contribute ideas and improved practices to the hirify.global Way of Change.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in organizational change management, employee communications, or learning and enablement.
• Experience supporting change activities and developing communications, learning materials, presentations, engagement activities, or enablement experiences.
• Strong communication, writing, organizational, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
• Experience managing project plans, milestones, deliverables, competing priorities, and change-related metrics.
• Curiosity about AI and willingness to use AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and change delivery.
• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.

Hiring process
