TDQ Intern (AI)

Location: Hybrid, with on-site work three days per week and remote work two days per week in Raritan, New Jersey or Horsham, Pennsylvania, United States

Salary: $23.50–$52.50 per hour, based on program year, discipline, degree, and experience.

What you will do

• Analyze end-to-end business processes and translate business needs into digital solutions and user stories.
• Collect, clean, prepare, and analyze datasets from databases, APIs, and spreadsheets.
• Develop statistical analyses, data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
• Create automated data extraction, transformation, and reporting workflows using Python, R, or SQL.
• Support AI and digital technology validation activities while maintaining regulatory and compliance standards.
• Partner with QA-Ops, JJRC, finance, operations, and leadership to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• Permanent US work authorization is required; employment visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• Enrollment in an accredited college or university during the internship, with undergraduate sophomore standing or above by the start date.
• Master’s students must have earned an undergraduate degree on or after June 2027.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher and pursuit of a degree in data science, computer science, mathematics, statistics, engineering, finance, technology, or a related field.
• Ability to present data findings, break down complex problems, apply statistical concepts, and develop actionable solutions.
• Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week, for the entire internship and provide transportation to and from the work location.

Nice to have

• Basic proficiency with Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Power Platform, machine learning algorithms, AI platforms, or LLM tools.
• Exposure to Agile, Scrum, or other project delivery methodologies.
• Previous internship, co-op, academic experience, leadership, or community service experience.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
