TDQ Co-Op (Data Analytics and AI)

Location: Hybrid in Raritan, New Jersey, or Horsham, Pennsylvania, United States; on-site three days per week and remote two days per week. Candidates must have permanent U.S. work authorization and provide their own transportation.

Salary: $23.50–$52.50 per hour, based on program year, discipline, degree, and experience.

What you will do

• Analyze end-to-end business processes and translate business needs into digital solutions and user stories.
• Collect, clean, and prepare data from databases, APIs, and spreadsheets.
• Perform statistical analysis and data mining, and create dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
• Build automated data extraction, transformation, and reporting workflows with Python, R, or SQL.
• Support AI and digital technology validation while maintaining regulatory and compliance standards.
• Partner with QA-Ops, JJRC, finance, operations, and leadership to develop actionable recommendations and document reusable methodologies.

Requirements

• Permanent U.S. work authorization without current or future employment visa sponsorship is required.
• Enrollment in an accredited college or university during the internship and undergraduate sophomore standing or above by the start date are required.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Bachelor’s or master’s studies in data science, computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, engineering, technology, science, communications, regulatory compliance, quality, finance, supply chain, or a related field.
• Ability to present data findings to technical and non-technical partners and break down complex problems into actionable solutions.
• Knowledge of statistical concepts including regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and data distributions; availability for 40 hours per week throughout the full term.

Nice to have

• Basic proficiency with Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Power Platform, machine learning algorithms, AI platforms, or LLM tools.
• Exposure to Agile, Scrum, or other project delivery methodologies.
• Previous internship, co-op, academic experience, leadership, or community service experience.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
