Product Design Intern

Location: Hybrid in Denver, Colorado, with three required in-office days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Candidates must live in the United States and be authorized to work full-time in the United States.

Salary: $33.85 per hour

What you will do

• Design and submit original solutions for hirify.global roadmap initiatives.
• Participate fully in team design critiques.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, UX Research, and other teams to support business objectives.
• Apply hirify.global’s values of integrity, boldness, ownership, teamwork, transparency, and openness to ideas.

Requirements

• Be a junior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human-computer interaction, UX design, or a related field.
• Demonstrate creative thinking and the ability to implement ideas from start to finish.
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Have experience with interface design software such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch; the team works in Figma.
• Understand visual and interaction design concepts and best practices.
• Be familiar with UX research fundamentals.
